Feeling Tired? Try These Natural Energizers!

If you feel worn down or lack energy, learn how to fight fatigue naturally. Taking a few minutes and performing simple breathing exercises can be helpful, along with daily physical activity and adequate rest. Experiment with the following:

  1. Magnesium. Supplementation helps reduce symptoms of fatigue. Look for magnesium citrate, chelate, or glycinate. Avoid magnesium oxide, which can be irritating to the digestive tract and can have a laxative effect or loosen stools which can be helpful if your bowels are sluggish, but if they become too loose step down your dosage.
  2. Matcha powder –Made by grinding the entire green tea leaf into powder, it has high levels of antioxidants that decrease sluggishness and toxins, a combination of caffeine + L-Theanine that increases mental clarity and energy.
  3. Coenzyme Q10. This vital nutrient is involved in cellular energy production throughout the body. It also energizes muscles, like the heart and skeletal muscle to aid in your exercise tolerance and fitness. Look for the ubiquinol form of CoQ10.
